The average sold price for homes in the Chesterfield County real estate market for May 2019 is $300,397, up 7.6% from the May 2018 average of $279,019.

The average list price for homes sold during May 2019 was $300,574, an increase of 7.98% from the May 2018 average of $278,372.

The average sold price for attached units during May 2019 was $256,072 and the average sold price for detached units during that same period was $305,937.

There was a total of 75 attached units sold during May 2019, an increase from 44 compared to May 2018.

There were a total of 600 detached units sold in May 2019, higher than the May 2018 number of 564.

There were 963 new listings, 801 pending sales, and 675 closed sales in Chesterfield County for May 2019.

During May 2019 the Chesterfield County real estate market had a total of 1,235 active listings, the average days on the market for homes was at 28, and the average list to sold price ratio stood at 99.8%.

There was a total of 600 detached units sold during May 2019 at an average sale price of $305,937, up 8.16% compared to a year ago.

There were 11 two-bedroom detached homes sold during May 2019 in Chesterfield County and sold at an average sale price of $143,164.

There were 208 three-bedroom homes sold during May 2019, at an average sale price of $237,598.

The total number of four-bedroom or larger homes sold during May 2019 was 381, with an average sale price of $387,945.

There was a total of 63 three-bedroom attached homes sold, the average sale price of $278,939, and there was a total of nine four-bedroom detached homes sold at an average sale price of $433,138.

During May 2019 there were 36 condos sold with an average sale price $254,795, up from $250,865 compared to May 2018.
