In Chesterfield County, the average sales price for homes during June 2019 was $309,704, up 5.29% compared to June 2018.Β  the median sales price was $280,000, up 6.98% from June 2018.

There were 746 units sold during June 2019 in the Chesterfield County real estate market, up 10.5% compared to May 2019. There were 811 new listings on the market, this is down 15.8% compared to last month, and there were 709 pending listings during June 2019, down 11.5% from last month.

There were a total of 1,225 active listings in June 2019 for Chesterfield County, the average number of days on the market is 29, and the average sold to list price ratio is 99.7%.

🏘 Chesterfield Detached Housing Statistics

The average sale price for detached homes in the Chesterfield County real estate market for June 2019 was $315,728, an increase of 4.8% from the June 2018 average of $301,262.

There were 669 detached units sold during June 2019, up 2.92% from 650 in June 2018.

There were eight two-bedroom or less detached homes sold during June 2019 for an average sale price of $148,813. This is a decrease of 1.90% from the June 2018 average of $151,696.

There were 251 three-bedroom detached homes sold during June 2019 for an average sale price of $227,846, an increase of 3.30% from $220,557 in June 2018.

There were 410 four-bedroom or more detached homes sold in Chesterfield County during June 2019. Four-bedroom detached homes had an average sale price of $372,766; this is an increase of 6.17% from the June 2018 average of $351,121.

🏘 Chesterfield Attached Housing Statistics

The average sold price for attached units during June 2019 was $257,366, which is up 27.6% from the June 2018 average of $201,698. There were a total of 77 attached units sold in June 2019, up 54% from 50 during June 2018.

There were 11 two-bedroom attached units sold during June 2019, for an average sale price of $190,835, which is an increase of 51.83% from June 2018 average of $125,688.

There were 40 three-bedroom attached homes sold during June 2019, for an average sale price of $262,644, up 21.82% from the June 2018 average of $251,595.

There were three four-bedroom or more attached homes sold during June 2019, for an average sale price of $311,174, this is also an increase of 5.13% from the June 2018 average of $295,994.

There were 23 condo’s sold during June 2019, for an average sale price of $272,987, an increase of 61.84% from the June 2018 average of $168,679.

The average sold price for all homes in the Henrico County real estate market for June 2019 was $314,523; this is a decrease of 1.03% from the June 2018 average of $317,800.

There were 568 new listings during June 2019, down 11.8% from May 2019. There were 548 closed sales, up 6.0% from the previous month of May 2019, and there were 544 pending sales during June 2018, down 7.0% from May 2019.

There is a total of 692 active listings ending June 2019, the average days on the market for homes is 20, and the average sold to list price ratio is 99.5%.

🏘 Henrico County Detached Homes Statistics

The average sales price for detached homes in Henrico County for the month of June 2019 was $328,689, a slight increase of 0.25% from $327,863 during June 2018. There were a total of 431 detached units sold, an increase from 414 in June 2018.

A total of 13 two-bedroom detached units sold during June 2019, for an average sales price of $155,777, a decrease from the June 2018 average sales price of $174,969.

There were a total of 175 three-bedroom detached units sold during June 2019. The average sales price was $219,855; this is a decrease of 6.71% when compared to June 2018.

In Henrico County, there was a total of 243 four-bedroom or more detached homes sold. Four-bedroom or more homes sold for an average of $416,318, a decrease of 0.61% compared to the June 2018 average of $418,853.

🏘 Henrico County Attached Home Statistics

The average sale price for attached homes in Henrico County during June 2019 was $262,340, a decrease of 9.77% from $290,746 in June 2018. There were 117 attached units sold during June 2019, a decrease of 24.03% from the June 2018 number of 154.

There were eight two-bedroom or less attached homes sold during June 2019, for an average sale price of $204,031, this is a decrease of 18.65% from the June 2018 average of $250,806.

During June 2019 there were 47 attached three-bedroom homes sold for an average sales price of $279,105, this is a decrease of 3.71% from the June 2018 average of $288,945.

There was a total of 12 four-bedroom or more attached homes sold for an average sales price of $431,906 in June 2019. This is also a decrease of 12.55% from the June 2018 average of $493,863.

A total of 50 condos were sold in Henrico County in June 2019, for an average sale price of $215,214, a decrease of 18.91% from $265,393 during June 2018.
