The average sold price for homes in Chesterfield County, Virginia, beginning July 2019 is $307,564, this is an increase of 4.28% compared to the average sold price a year ago of $294,949.

There were 649 homes and condos sold during July 2019, a decrease of 5.94% from the July 2018 number of 690.
There were 774 new listings during July 2019, up 0.91% from 766 one year ago. There were 659 new pending listings, and 659 new under contract listings, each an increase from 618 during July 2018.

Homes averaged 25 days on the market during July 2019, down 13.79% from the 29-day average a year ago.

🏘 Chesterfield Detached Housing Statistics

During July 2019, there were 598 detached home sales, down 6.71% from a year ago. The average sales price for detached homes in Chesterfield County during July 2019 was $313,085, up 4.77% from $298,825 during July 2018.

There were a total of five two-bedroom or less detached homes sold during July 2019, for an average sales price of $132,000, down 57.25% from $308,740 a year ago.

A total of 211 three-bedroom detached homes were sold in July 2019, for an average sales price of $228,398, this is up 4.5% from $218,553 during July 2018.

There were 382 four-bedroom or more detached homes sold in Chesterfield County during July 2019. These homes sold for an average sales price of $363,232, an increase of 6.95% from $338,701 a year ago.

🏘 Chesterfield Attached Housing Statistics

There were 51 attached units sold during July 2019, for an average selling price of $242,837. The average attached home sale price is down 0.58% compared to last year’s average of $244,252.

In Chesterfield County, Va, there were six two-bedroom or less attached homes sold, for an average sales price of $145,000, down significantly from the July 2018 average sales price of $220,870.

There were 26 three-bedroom attached homes sold during July 2019, for an average sales price of $236,641. This is down 4.49% from the July 2018 average of $247,777.

There were 3, four-bedroom or more attached homes sold during July 2019 for an average sales price of $303,405, this is up 37.84% from $220,113 a year ago.

There were 16 condos sold in Chesterfield County during July 2019, for an average sales price of $278,238, up 9.82% from $253,350 compared to this time last year.

The average sales price for homes in Henrico County during July 2019 was $324,789; this is up from the July 2018 average sales price of $303,885. There were 540 units sold during July 2019, which is also higher than the 473 units sold during July 2018.

During July 2019 there were 577 new listings, 520 new pending sales, and 540 closed sales. Homes averaged 24 days on the market and sellers average sold price to original list price was 98.8%. July 2019 ended with 689 active listings in Henrico County.

There were 419 detached units sold in Henrico County during July 2019 for an average sale price of $337,117, up 9.65% from $307,435 in July 2018.

A total of 15 two-bedroom or less detached homes were sold in July 2019 for an average sales price of $176,508, this is up from $153,302 a year ago.

There were 177 three-bedroom detached homes sold the month of July 2019 for an average sales price of $227,140, this is up from $225,839 compared to July 2018.

In July 2019, there were 227 four-bedroom or more homes sold for an average sales price of $433,483, this is up 3.9% from $399,891 over the last 12 months.

🏘 Henrico County Attached Home Statistics

The average sales price for attached homes in Henrico County during July 2019 was $282,100, down from $292,834 one year ago. There were 121 attached units sold in July 2019.

There were 11 two-bedroom or less homes sold during July 2019 for an average price of $202,736, prices for two-bedroom homes have fallen 11.34% compared to this time last year.

In July 2019 55 three-bedroom attached homes sold for an average sale price of $274,805, this is up 7.18% from $256,392 one year ago.

There were nine four-bedroom or more attached homes sold in July 2019. Four-bedroom or more homes sold for an average sale price of $546,623, this is up 3.75% over the last 12 months.

There were 46 condos sold during July 2019 for an average sales price of $258,046, this is down from the July 2018 average of $275,852.
